How the routine is set up
It’s a routine built on timing. Slenderiix™ goes under your tongue 3x daily, 10 minutes before eating or drinking, on an empty stomach. Xceler8™ goes under your tongue 2x daily, with breakfast and with lunch, 10 minutes after Slenderiix™.

- Place drops under your tongue

- Take on an empty stomach
- Hold for 10 seconds, then swallow

- Place drops under your tongue
- Take 2x daily — with breakfast and with lunch
- Take 10 minutes after taking your Slenderiix™ drops
- You can eat immediately after taking Xceler8™

At breakfast and lunch, that means: Slenderiix™, wait 10 minutes, Xceler8™, then eat.
